ITHAKA has been named one of the 2025 Top Workplaces for Nonprofits by Energage. This national recognition is based on employee feedback from the 2024 Employee Engagement Survey. ITHAKA was evaluated on industry benchmarks from other similarly sized nonprofits.
Each organization that completes the Energage survey is given an overall Workplace Experience Score based on positive employee responses to six themes. These themes indicate that employees are closely aligned with the mission of the organization, are enabled to grow, and feel engaged, fairly valued, respected and supported, and empowered to execute. Only organizations with a high number of positive responses in each category are eligible for the industry Top Workplaces award.
